How to Make a Puffy Paint Window Cling

Place the template inside the sheet protector.

Outline each section of the design with the correct color of puffy paint.

Roughly fill in each section with the corresponding color.

Use the toothpick to spread the paint out to cover each section completely and to smooth it out.

Let dry overnight.
