QT Q-Tip Painting
Cuties, get painting! A QT Q-Tip Painting is an easy craft for children to be introduced to pointillism. Even if they're a little too young to understand that, Q-tips are still a fun paintbrush substitute. Cleanup time is way easier when you don't have to wash the color out of the brushes. Your kids will have a blast using cleaning devices to get messy. Q-tip paintbrushes make for really cool looking paintings! Simple art project ideas like this one are perfect for rainy days, but any day will be instantly brighter if you make this painting project for kids!

Wow, the effect of this pointillism technique is fantastic! I just love it, and I immediately thought of the painters! You can get bulk cotton tips at thrift and dollar type stores, so not too big of an expense either. Using these little cotton tips is a good way to teach little hands special relations and some precision, and after practice they are sure to become accomplished artists! And you can experiment with thick paint or diluted to see what effects can be created. Thanks for sharing!

This is a great project for introducing your kids to painting because it's easy and their pictures will come out beautifully no matter what! Would also make a great art project for the classroom, can't wait to try this out.
