I have some wooden spools and was wondering what to do,with them. These little fruits are really cute, and I could see gluing on a few little tiny beads for the strawberry one, or the pineapple one to give it some dimension and texture. Add some ribbon or fishline to hang these into a garland shape. These would be cute placed here and there in the kitchen for some whimsy! Fun idea, thanks for sharing!

#BESTIDEAEVER- save those thread spools and paint them like fruits, or maybe monsters, or princesses - young people will have lots of ideas for decorating the spools maybe even gluing them into sculptures. Fun boredom buster for the summer.
