Wow, such a stunning project just from baby oil and construction paper! I love how these look and so,simple to make! Imcouldmsee hanging these with some clear fishline in a sunny place, or even just affixing them to the window with some of that clear putty. By using a Q-tip as suggested to make the design dipped in baby oil, you could do symmetrical as shown, but you could also have the kids make their initial letter or draw a pretty flower or butterfly.. So much fun!
