Stuffed Paper Footballs
Hut, hut, hike! If there is a big football fan in the family, they'll love this easy paper craft. Stuffed paper footballs are exciting preschool and kindergarten level sports crafts that can double as homemade toys. Help those little athletes practice their weaving skills as they make these footballs, and then toss them around for some easy entertainment. These football crafts are a great way to keep the kids occupied during tailgating parties or during the big game, while also ensuring that the little ones can have just as much fun tailgating as everyone else.

This little craft is a great way to teach little ones how to sew and to develop their eye-hand coordination and dexterity skills! Instead of gluing the top stitches you could also have this area be sewn as well, using the needle to create holes instead of the punch, since the lunch won't reach. Of course these little footballs may not last the season, but the skills learned will as well as the fun and memories of making it together! You could adapt this pattern to fabric scraps as well for some safe inside tossing! Super!
