- Ruler
- STYROFOAM® brand foam 8" ball

Wire cutters
Instructions:
1. Use scissors to cut tissue paper into approximately 6½” squares.
2. Use wire cutters to cut several 6” pieces of wire.
3. Make stacks of tissue squares made up of 3-4 layers. Bunch stack in the middle to make tissue look like a bow tie. Take one 6” piece of wire and wrap around tissue center and twist in back to secure. Twist wire several times creating a 1” tail on back. Trim tail with wire cutters to create a smooth tip. Fluff tissue to create volume. Repeat step with remaining tissue stacks to create several “poofs”.
4. Place a small dab of Aleene's® Original Tacky Glue® onto ball. Push wire tail through dot of glue. The Aleene's® Original Tacky Glue will dry and secure your wires in place. Repeat with remaining tissue poofs, spacing around ball and fluffing tissue for full coverage. Let dry.
