Have you ever wanted to do some ice sculpting but did not know whereto start. Here is a great way to make a lantern out of a balloon and decorate with a flameless light. What a super neat idea for a winter twist. How about your neighbor walking by and asking were you bought the cool decor. What a great project for the whole family to experience. I love this projectand right now it is cold enough for some.
