Snowman Candy Cup

"The candy snowman can 'cause he mixes it with love and makes the world taste good." Anything involving candy makes the days a bit brighter and the nights a bit cozier, so the Snowman Candy Cup is a perfect winter craft for kids. Give one to all of your friends and make their days full of love and candy before winter vacation as a way of saying, "stay sweet!" Amanda Formaro came up with a wonderfully whimsical winter treat with this craft. These adorable cups won't take long at all to make, so they work great for classroom holiday parties.



Materials:

• 3 white foam cups
• Orange and pink craft foam
• 18-21 black pony beads
• 6 googly eyes
• 6 pipe cleaners
• 6 jumbo pom-poms
• Instant grab glue
   

Instructions:

1. Cut long triangles from orange craft foam for noses and glue to the front of the cups.
    
2. Cut circles for cheeks from the pink craft foam and glue to the cups.
    
3. Glue black pony beads on for the mouths.
   
   
    
4. Glue googly eyes on the cups.
    
5. Twist together two pipe cleaners and poke ends into the sides of the cup for a handle.
    
6. Glue jumbo pom poms on as ear muffs.
    
7. Line with tissue paper, and fill with treats!
