Paint the tissue box green (you will need to apply more than one coat of paint for this).

After the box is dry, paint blue polkadots randomly around the box with your foam pouncer.

Take your foam balls, and paint a black dot on each one for the pupils of the eyes.

Take your hot glue gun, and glue the eyes onto the tissue box, with the pupils facing forward.
