Lace Backpack
Buying a new backpack every year is just a waste of money, especially when it is still in good shape; however, the pressure to feel cool and have new things is really hard on kids these days. Materials:
- Old backpack
- Lace
- Sprayable fabric glue
- Newspaper
Instructions:
1. Clean your old backpack by placing it in the washing machine or washing it by hand in the sink.
2. Decide where you want to add the lace. Once you have picked where you want the lace to go, trim it down to the right size.
3. Placing the lace upside down on top of the newspaper, spray with the sprayable fabric glue. Spray from about 8 inches above the lace.
4. Pick up the lace and place it down where you had planned for it to go. Press down firmly.
5. Let the glue dry overnight and in the morning you will have an awesome new lace backpack!
