Caterpillar Paper Puppet Craft

- Colored Construction Papers

Popsicle sticks
- Sharpie
- Craft Glue
- Pencil
- Scissors
Instructions

Pick out your construction paper. Using 2 - 3 different shades of the same color, use template to trace the head and body parts on two shades. Trace the spots on the third shade.

Trace the legs and antennas on your selected craft paper. Use template to make the eyes.

Using your craft glue attach the antennas to the head.

Glue on the eyes near the top of your catepillar's head. Use the Sharpie to draw on the mouth.

Take one of the body parts and glue it to the ehad so they are slightly overlapping.

Attach the rest of the body parts one at a time.

Glue on one spot on each body part.

Use glue to attach the legs along the bottom side of your catepillar.

Glue the popsicle stick to the back and you have your own catepillar paper puppets.

Don't forget to cut out the fruit and attach popsicle sticks to them so your caterpillar has something to eat.
