Materials:
- Scrap fabric or leather
- Aleene's Fabric Glue
- Belt
Instructions:
1. Cut a 15" x 8" piece of your material as well as an extra strip.
2. Make a long tube out of your fabric and glue the ends together with fabric glue.
3. Pinch the tube in the middle and wrap it tightly with the strip of fabric.
4. Glue the bow onto the center of the belt!
