Earth Day Tire Teeter Totter
Celebrate the approach of Earth Day by learning what to do with old tires so that they become fun outdoor toys rather than another item in the junkyard. Nothing says "reuse and recycle" quite like this Earth Day Tire Teeter Totter. Best of all, your kids will love these fun tire projects, and you'll be setting a good example of a creative and green mindset. When you recycle old tires, you are giving new life to something that would otherwise be disposed of. Who would have thought that tire recycling could be so cool?

I really love this idea. It's a great way to recycle and become crafty, but I don't have any random tires just laying around. This would be really cute in the back yard though, and the kids would love it.
