- Tacky Glue
- Google eyes, pompoms, or sequins
- Black permanent marker
- White acrylic paint
Instructions

Wash and dry rocks.

Apply 2-3 coats of desired paint color to rock. Let dry between coats.

Using Tacky Glue, glue on dimensional details like google eyes and pompom or sequin for nose. Let dry.

Draw smile on rock with black permanent marker, paint in teeth with white acrylic paint.
