I remember making these as a kid with pins and sequins for Christmas ornaments in all different colors. This is a super cute craft idea but I agree with Marillyn B on small kids using the glue gun. But they can do it with an adult or let them use pins and put glue on them to keep the pin in place and you can even overlap the sequins for a 3D effect. I need to remember this next year.

Nice idea!! I have so many sequins at home, now I know how to use them up.

These are very pretty and tiny and use a hot glue gun to create them, so this project would be for the much older child, in fact, I would say teens, because hot glue guns are dangerous! For the younger child, tacky white glue would work, but also would be messy, but you could pour the glue in a small wide plastic disposable container and apply each one with a Q-tip. These would be very pretty in a garland, or even as a necklace with some ribbon for the 'chain'. Very pretty!
