- Cupcake wrappers of different sizes and colors
- Scissors
- Glue
- Stapler
- Paper straw
- Container for the flowers
Instructions

Fold a green cupcake wrapper into fourths.

Cut a slit into the wrapper and slide in a paper straw.

Stack up three or four wrappers and staple it in the middle.
