Making this little leaf clothed fellow can be the inspiration for many other characters! Finding leaves in the yard or park is a great way to get kids to become aware of categories of types of leaves, colors, patterns and determining proper sized leaves that will make the best cape or hat! These designs may even inspire making a more permanent outfit, by cutting leaf shapes out of felt and glue the pieces onto the form, fun!
