Tropical Paper Fish

"This fun paper craft for kids is very easy to do so that even the youngest of crafters can participate in making it. Several colors of tissue were used to cover the fish form (a printable template is provided for this craft). Little hands can tear the paper, wad them into little balls and glue them onto the fish. A striped pattern was used on the fish because of of the simplicity of it, but other patterns of choice can be used as well."
