Painted Paper Spring Butterflies
"This colorful and cheery paper craft for kids is just perfect for decorating during the spring and summer months. Printed paper pages are first swiped with paint to make a unique mixture of colors and then the butterfly shapes are cut out and glued together. This project is so much fun that kids will probably want to make more than one butterfly. No two butterflies will ever look the same, either. A printable template is also included for this project."

I love this idea for a spring bulletin board in an elementary classroom. Having the kids make the butterflies themselves would make it even more special!
