Polka Dot Flats
Polka dots are a simple pattern, but they are timeless and turn something plain into something cute and stylish. Vamp up your plain black flats with this Polka Dot Flats craft. They are perfect for dresses or casual outfits and will add a little somethin' somethin' to your wardrobe. If you want, you can even switch up the colors on this DIY shoe design. You can do anything to express your style through shoe designs. Turn your plain black flats into rainbow polka dotted flats or even a different pattern! The choices are yours and the sky is the limit.
Materials:
- Plain black ballet flats
- Shipple labels
- Gold Sharpie
- Small circle craft punch and/or hole punch

Instructions:
1. Using the craft punch or hole punch, punch a bunch of circles out of the labels.
2. Place the labels with the circle parts punch out on to the surface of the shoe. You can do this one at a time or all at once.
3. Take the gold Sharpie and color inside the label as if it were a stencil. Repeat this for all of the polka dots.
4. Remove the labels.
5. If you aren't happy with the pattern, try adding smaller polka dots with the tip of the Sharpie.
