Bedazzled Sneakers

Have you ever gone through your closet and found that some of your favorite shoes are just not in the best of shape anymore? You can give them a whole new life with this Bedazzled Sneakers craft. Turn drab into dazzling with a DIY sneakers makeover. It's a very simple craft for teens that will revamp your wardrobe into something beautiful. Don't bother buying new shoes when you can turn your favorites into something no one else has. You can create your own DIY shoe design and personalize your entire shoe collection. You can bedazzle your sneakers the night before the first day of school and you will be dressed to impress.

Materials:

• Old Converse-style sneakers
• Mod Podge
• Paintbrush
• Flat back rhinestones
• Tweezers
   

Instructions:

1. Using the paintbrush, apply Mod Podge to a small section of the toe portion of the sneaker.
 

2. Before it dries, use the tweezers to place the flat back rhinestones in the Mod Podge.
 

3. Repeat steps 1-2 until the entire toe section of both sneakers is completely bedazzled.
 

4. Allow your awesome new shoes to dry overnight.
 

5. Wear your bedazzled sneakers and look awesome!
