Simple Boats that Float
Ahoy matey! Do you know which kind of boat floats best on water? Try this Simple Boats that Float craft activity for kids to determine if cork or Styrofoam works the best. In this water craft for kids, set your sail and decorate your boat any way you want with markers or colored craft foam. Once you are finished, place your boat out on the ocean and see if it floats. For some extra fun, try placing some mini animals on your boat and see if that hurts or helps it float with this easy preschool craft. You will have a blast making your own boat out of two different materials and then setting sail into the deep, blue sea.

These would be great for the kids to race in the bath either as a game or at bath time. I can see us all getting very wet with this game but it should be a great giggle blowing the boats to try win. Thanks so much for this idea.
