I have a granddaughter that loves fish and she is 2 so I think I will make one of these bottle cap fishes in a plastic container to make it look like they are in a fish tank and for older kids and adults in a glass one. This is a very inexpensive craft and so easy and fun. You can also make it like a picture on the wall and just put a frame around it.

Cute fishies! Nice way to use bottle caps. I have too many bottle caps in hand, Ive been keeping them because I just knew that theyll be useful someday but didnt have any idea what for. Lol. Now I know what to do with them. This will be my next project with the kids. Thanks!

I think this is an incredibly cute project. I have collected tons of bottle caps and I was hoping to find some crafts that incorporate these little beauties. I wonder what other cute little creature could be made using the plastic tops? What kind of glue works best with these plastic pieces, and is safe with kids?
