The Luck o' the Straw

Irish I were an Irish man. You don't have to be Irish to celebrate St. Patrick's Day with crafts, though. The Luck o' the Straw is a great party decoration for the day of green. They are so incredibly easy to make, and if you double up the paper, you'll cut the time in half.
