Frankie the Friendly Frankenstein Can

"Frankie here is probably the cutest Frankenstein there ever was. This project is a fun and easy way for school aged and older kids to upcycle a large can using some paint, felt and a few embellishments. Though this Halloween decoration is quickly made, patience will be required for the paint to dry in between. Parents may need to help with some of the hot gluing of the pieces but otherwise, the kids can take over and do the rest."
