- Colored paper
- Pencil

Instructions

Select colored craft or construction paper for the peacock pattern. Trace and cut out the patterns. The template includes a tail feather base, eyed feather patterns, body base, wing, beak, and leg patterns.

Glue the small teardrop cutouts onto the big teardrop cutouts to make the eye feather pattern.

Glue the eye feather patterns onto the scalloped border side of the tail feather base.

Finish gluing the eye feather patterns to the tail feather base.

Glue the leg cutouts to the bottom side of the body base cutout. Glue the beak cutout onto the middle of the head part cutout.

Glue one wing to one side of the body base cutout. Make sure the bottom part of the wing is free from glue.

Glue the remaining wing to the other side of the body base cutout, making sure the bottom part of the wing is free from glue.

Use a sharpie to draw the eyes of the peacock and trace the wing outlines.

Glue the peacock body cutout to the tail feather base cutout.

To use the bookmark, insert a sheet between the wing and the body of the peacock.
