Colorful Paper Owls

"Did you know that a group of owls is called a "parilament"? Kids can make one owl or a whole parliament of them out of colored heavy weight paper or card. There are only 12 pieces in total to cut out, assemble and glue together. The shapes are kept simple so even younger children can make these. A printable template is provided for this project and these can be made as large or as small as needed. An illustrated tutorial shows the steps."
